About CentralCombine(CC)


What is CentralCombine?

It is a site created with the idea to unite people in one place. At the moment it is not advanced, but we are looking forward to improving it a lot more.

What does CC offer?

To be honest, right now it does not offer much. You can still take a look at it, though - no one would try to stop you. We appreciate every piece of (real) feedback.

Why green?

At first it was Blue+Red to symbolise the two poles of magnets which attract each other, but it did not look very nice. That is why we switched to yellowish green (red) + cyan-ish green (blue). It is much better than the old design, or at least not as bad as it.

What is with the strange C's and the chains in the background?

As you obviously know, "CC" means "CentralCombine". The C on the left is the blue aspect of green, so it is supposed to have an electric feeling in it. The C on the right has a warmer look, so it is better if it symbolizes life (with the bubble-like things). The chains "combine" these two almost opposite things in one. This is how people here will combine(unite) in one place no matter how much they have in common.

How is that font called?

Duplexide. It should only be used in images because it is not a web-safe font. If you like it, you can find it here. There are other excellent fonts on that site as well.
